ARE YOUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS AND ACTIONS BALANCED?
During the first meeting with my life and executive coaching clients, I like to check with them how they are balancing their thoughts, feelings and actions. It is amazing how just becoming aware of it, can make significant difference.
This approach I like to use is based on Reality Therapy, developed by William Glasser in the 60s. What I love about it is that the focus is on the solution, not the problem, and the here-and-now, not the past. Clients are responsible for choosing how to reshape their behaviors and how to live a better life.
